1. Agreement to Terms

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

Tour bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from England's Best Tours.

3.2 Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us via email. Please check all details carefully and notify us immediately of any errors.

3.3 Minimum Age Requirements

Participants must be at least 18 years old for tours involving alcohol consumption. Minors may participate in food tours when accompanied by a responsible adult.

3.4 Group Size

Tour group sizes are limited as specified for each tour. We reserve the right to combine small groups or reschedule tours if minimum participant numbers are not met.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Full payment is required at the time of booking for tours under £100 per person
• For tours over £100 per person, a 50% deposit is required at booking with the balance due 14 days before the tour date
• Private group tours require a 30% deposit with the balance due 7 days before the tour date

4.3 Price Changes

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once your booking is confirmed and payment received, the price will not increase.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• More than 7 days before tour: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
• 3-7 days before tour: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days before tour: No refund
• No-show: No refund

5.2 Company Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient bookings, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available date.

5.3 Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method used for booking.

6. Tour Participation and Conduct

6.1 Health and Safety

Participants must be in reasonable physical condition to participate in walking tours. Please inform us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or accessibility requirements at the time of booking.

6.2 Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol consumption is included in many of our tours. Participants are expected to drink responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated individuals or remove disruptive participants from tours without refund.

6.3 Participant Conduct

Participants must:

• Follow all instructions from tour guides
• Treat fellow participants, guides, and venue staff with respect
• Arrive punctually at designated meeting points
• Not bring outside food or beverages unless specifically permitted
• Comply with all applicable laws and venue rules

7. Liability and Insurance

England's Best Tours' liability is limited to the cost of the tour booked. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including but not limited to:

• Travel expenses to and from tour locations
• Accommodation costs
• Loss of earnings or business opportunities
• Emotional distress or disappointment

7.2 Insurance Requirements

We strongly recommend that all participants have appropriate travel and health insurance. Participation in tours is at your own risk, and you are responsible for ensuring adequate insurance coverage.

7.3 Third-Party Venues

We are not responsible for the actions, services, or conditions at third-party venues included in our tours. Each venue operates independently and has its own terms and conditions.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
